Head Girl's Message

Individually, our efforts may be small, but together we can achieve greatness." Born in 1880, Helen Keller was an American author, lecturer, and political activist. Despite losing her sight and hearing at just 19 months old, Keller triumphed over these challenges to become the first deaf-blind person to earn a Bachelor of Arts degree. This statement by Keller reflects her deep belief in the power of collaboration and teamwork. Her life and legacy are a testament to how obstacles can be overcome through collective effort and support.

Throughout her life, Helen Keller was honored with numerous awards and titles in recognition of her achievements and contributions. Among these, the title of "America's First Lady of Courage" stands out as particularly significant.

To my fellow Agenlites,

Each member of our vibrant and diverse community brings unique talents, perspectives, and strengths. Our true potential emerges when we work together, supporting and uplifting one another. While individual achievements are commendable, we can truly excel when united by common goals and driven by a spirit of teamwork. Remember, cooperation and teamwork are not just about academic success; they are about building strong, lasting relationships. By working together and offering mutual support, we create an environment where everyone can flourish. This means collaborating on projects, encouraging each other in our various pursuits, and extending a helping hand to those in need.

As your Head Girl, I am committed to fostering a culture of collaboration and harmony in our school. I encourage all of you to embrace this mindset as well. Together, let us strive to break down barriers, celebrate inclusivity, and recognize our collective achievements. By working together, we can tackle challenges, spark innovation, and make a positive impact on our school and the world. Let us build a community where every individual feels valued, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential.

As your Head Girl, I endorse this message and conclude with the timeless words of Phil Jackson: 'The strength of the team is each individual member. The strength of each member is the team.'

Yours sincerely,
Bhavya Negi
(Head Girl)
